Well, yes.
Issues even says that she will even graduate this year. But it's still negative. Tomochin's really making her new album, which is her fourth album, i'm sure
it's a great success. Maybe that's the reason she's graduating. Here is the
prove. The title of her new album is '1%' if i'm not mistaken, that's the title. She casted with Taylor Monsen and shared their picture both in Tomochin's twitter. Tomochin had this PV shot in New York. She went there in 9th April and had some photshoots too. By the way about the album, it will be released in around 12th June, 2013.
